CAJUN COOK OFF TASTING

Don’t miss your opportunity to sample Classic New Orleanian-sweet and savory delectables. Cooks will participate in Cajun Cookout Competition and Tasting. Purchase a ticket to participate in the tasting and judging of our contestants' recipes! The winners will be announced during the festival. The event starts at Noon on February 21 and takes place under the tent at the Beaufort Historic Site on Turner Street.
