CAJUN COOK OFF COMPETITION

Don’t miss the opportunity to share your favorite Classic New Orleanian-sweet and savory delectables. Cooks will participate in Cajun Cookout Competition and Tasting. The competition is guaranteed to be fun and exciting, and rewarding for our contestants! Ticketed guests will participate in the tasting and judge our contestants. The winners will be announced during the festival. The event starts at Noon on February 21 and takes place under the tent at the Beaufort Historic Site on Turner Street.
